Coalition members who are scientists and educators can also
lend their knowledge and expertise on the various pertinent
fields of biotechnology to those who want to learn more on the
science of biotechnology. The BCP can be of service to you by
- conducting public and media dialogues, scientific fora,
educational seminars and workshops on
modern biotechnology;
- assisting in the drafting of position statements on issues
and concerns on modern biotechnology
that affect our country;
- coordinating with government and private institutions and
individuals in policy matters pertaining
to biotechnology;
- lending its library of technical resources and scientific
literature to those who may be interested
to know more about
biotechnology; and
- answering technical inquiries on modern biotechnology with
the help of our member scientists
and other technical experts.
